1. Scope and Applicability

These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between the enrolled player (hereinafter referred to as the “Member”) and Young Guns Football Academy (hereinafter referred to as the “Academy”). By remitting payment for any training services, the Member and/or their legal guardian (where applicable) shall be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by all clauses contained herein, without the need for a physical signature or further consent.

2.  Fee Structure and Payment Terms

2.1. The Member shall remit fees in advance for a minimum training duration of three (3) calendar months, as stipulated by the Academy.

2.2. All fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable, irrespective of attendance, participation, or discontinuation, for any reason whatsoever.

2.3. The Academy reserves the unilateral right to revise its fee structure at any time, without prior notice. Any such revisions shall apply prospectively to subsequent fee cycles. Members who have paid for a longer duration in advance shall be protected from fee revisions until the expiry of their paid period.

2.4. Non-payment of fees by the due date shall entitle the Academy to suspend or permanently terminate the Member’s access to training sessions, without further obligation.

4.  Conduct and Disciplinary Action

4.1. Any act of misconduct, verbal or physical abuse, use of offensive language, or disrespectful behavior by the Member or their parent/guardian towards Academy staff, coaches, players, or other stakeholders shall constitute grounds for immediate termination of the Member’s enrollment, with no refund or compensation.

4.2. Members are expected to exercise care in handling Academy property and training equipment. Any damage arising from negligence or misuse shall be borne by the Member.

5.  Liability and Risk Acknowledgment

5.1. Participation in football training involves inherent physical risk. The Academy shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during the course of training, whether due to accident, physical exertion, or any other cause.

5.2. The Academy disclaims all responsibility for the Member’s welfare and supervision post completion of each session. Timely pick-up and safe transit of the Member shall be the sole responsibility of the parent/guardian.

6.  Marketing, Photography & Data Usage

6.1. The Academy reserves the right to photograph and record training sessions for the purpose of promotional materials, internal documentation, and public dissemination via social media or other channels.

6.2. By enrolling, the Member and/or their guardian waive all objections and grant unconditional consent for such material to be used, without demand for compensation, credit, or approval.

6.3. Basic personal and contact details provided to the Academy will be retained for administrative purposes only and shall not be shared with third parties without prior consent, except where required by law.

7.  Force Majeure

7.1. The Academy shall not be held liable or deemed to be in breach of these Terms for any interruption, cancellation, or alteration of services resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or acts of God.

7.2. In such events, the Academy shall not be obligated to refund any portion of the fees and reserves the right to reschedule, suspend, or modify training sessions as it deems fit.

8. Yearly Program — Additional Terms

8.1. Members enrolled under the Yearly Plan shall remit fees in no more than two (2) installments within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of the first payment. The initial installment shall not be less than INR 10,000/-.

8.2. Failure to complete the second installment within the stipulated timeline shall result in automatic reclassification of the plan to a standard quarterly package, with no eligibility for extension or discount.

8.3. The Yearly Plan is valid for a continuous eleven (11) month period, with no designated break month.

8.4. The Yearly benefit cannot be frozen, transferred, extended, or modified under any circumstances, including absence due to illness, injury, exams, relocation, or any other personal situation.

8.5. In cases where the Member is injured while officially representing the Academy in an external match, the training period may be extended on a discretionary, case-by-case basis by the Academy.

8.6. All other general terms of this document shall apply in full to Yearly Members.

9. Acknowledgment & Acceptance

By making payment toward any of the Academy’s training programs, the Member and/or their legal guardian confirms that they have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted the above Terms & Conditions. Such payment constitutes binding acknowledgment and acceptance for the full duration of the Member’s enrollment.
