Pratik started off his career early in the game as a player at Lakers F.C. At a very early age, he was picked to play for the first division side, at the time in Mumbai. At 14, he gained a lot of recognition in Thane and Mumbai with his amazing skill set as a player. Later on, he went on to play for elite division teams such as PIFA Colaba FC and Central Bank of India to name a few before he decided to join his childhood club – Salsette FC, where he captained the side. Under his leadership, the club moved from the third division to elite division, the top-most division of Mumbai Football within a span of six years.
Meanwhile he worked on improving himself as a coach by attending various coaching courses over the years. Also, he went on his entrepreneurial journey with Young Guns Football Academy opening multiple training centers and organizing tours and tournaments across all age groups training at the academy.
Currently, he overlooks the day to day operations of the academy ensuring the smooth functioning of all programs across Thane and Mumbai. Pratik brings a wealth of experience and a great network in the Indian football industry which helps players and coaches at Young Guns to find opportunities nationwide.
